Town Center at the Preserve Chino

TTS Engineering was contracted by CSI Construction for the wet utilities portion of the Town Center at the Preserve, Chino - a 146,000 sq. ft. modern community center here in Southern California. We began work on this project in August of 2022 and have since laid approximately: 2,000 ft. of sewer piping, 3,200 ft. of domestic water piping, 3,300 ft. of fire water piping, and 4,200 ft. of storm drain. This project had unique soil conditions that required us to use engineered backfilling solutions for the sewer and storm drain. We look forward to completing our portion of the project in June of 2023 and seeing the center open later this year.
