Cypress City Center

Cypress City Center is a 13-acre mixed-use development for Shea Properties. The site is located on the existing Los Alamitos Racetrack parking lot. TTS Engineering was contracted with CSI Construction for the wet utilities portion of the project. The site conditions were challenging for the project due to the water table being approximately 4 feet below grade and the entire site had to be dewatered 2 months prior to being able to install any subterranean structures. TTS installed a 17,000 sq. ft. Oldcastle retention system along with over 20,000 linear feet of public and private storm drain, sewer, and water line. The project was completed in early 2023.
