RANCHO BELAGO MORENO VALLEY

TTS Engineering was contracted to perform wet and dry utilities on phase 2 of the Rancho Belago apartment complex on the Rancho Del Sol golf course in Moreno Valley, CA. It's a 358-unit project with 16 residential buildings and a 7,700 square-foot community clubhouse/ leasing center. After beginning 5,000 feet of storm drain work on the project, we were hit with delays due to Covid-19. After months of delays, we completed more than 4,000 feet of 8-inch sewer line and 7,200 feet of domestic water line. We've now begun the dry utilities portion which includes over 20,000 feet of of pipe installation. We look forward to completing this project in 2024.
