Paula Moreno

Paula Moreno is an independent hispanic woman determined to break down the stereotypical views of the culture. Her strong work ethic has propelled her to accumulate over 40 years of experience in the HR, payroll, and safety industry. She attained her BA in Business Administration from National University in San Diego, CA and began working for Fortune 500 companies such as Allergan Pharmaceuticals. Her additional credentials include: single-subject teaching credential, completion of SHRM Professional Human Resource Management Program at Chapman University, certified tax preparer, and notary public since 2012. Paula, a California native, lived in the border cities of Tijuana, Mexico for 8 years where she worked as an HR manager for numerous companies across multiple industries such as: manufacturing, automobile, and non-profit to financially support her family. She moved back to Orange County, CA as a single mother raising 4 children where she worked at Abelstik and during her tenure, received her Masters of Science in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix. After receiving her new degree, the company was bought and she shifted careers over to the AES power plant in Huntington Beach, CA for the next 8 years. Paula has been with TTS Engineering for the past 3 years working as the Director of HR, Payroll, and Safety. Outside of the office she enjoys international travel, camping, and hiking. Most of all, Paula is a mother first before anything else.
