Michael LaBounty

Michael LaBounty, a Huntington Beach native and resident, has been a veteran of the construction industry for 36 years. Growing up, his step father was a plumbing contractor who taught Michael the trade and the value of a strong work ethic at a young age. In his high school years, he was able to learn framing, grading, and underground utilities from the many contractors living in his neighborhood by working weekends for them. Michael worked for many different contractors across different trades throughout the years while always striving to improve his quality of work and enhance his skillset. He has held the positions of Laborer, Operator, Foreman, and Superintendent. He's been with TTS Engineering for the past 2 and a half years as a foreman and superintendent. In his leadership positions, Michael has always made an effort to lead by example; being willing to help others by sharing his knowledge and adapting to each project, keeping them on schedule. Michael has raised four children and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Outside of work Michael can be found surfing, taking trips to the river, riding his Harley-Davidson, and deep sea fishing.
