Jason Serrano

Hard work, oversight, and leadership had been instilled in Jason Serrano at a young age. He began his construction career over 32 years ago by becoming a laborer for a local Orange County pipeline company. He spent the next 10 years as a highly productive pipe layer when he was introduced to Tim Wilson and became a foreman for Qwest Engineering. Jason was a foreman for Qwest, Tim's Tractor Service, and TTS Engineering where he oversaw hundreds of jobs to completion and on time. Throughout his tenure at TTS, Jason has served as Foreman, Operator, Superintendent, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and most recently, Director of Construction Operations. For over 20 years Jason has used his experience and management skills to help grow TTS with Tim. Whether in his community coaching kids or on the construction site, Jason has led many teams to success and hopes to continue his leadership and success by teaching the future of our industry to grow and have fulfilling and productive lives in construction.
