Brad Layton

Hard work, dedication, integrity and loyalty are all qualities that where instilled at an early age by his father (owner of West Coast Backhoe Services whom TTS bought out in 2012). Brad worked as a ground-guy at 18 years old after graduating from Trabuco Hills High School in 2004 up to Sr. Estimator by way of operator, foreman, and superintendent. At TTS, Brad combines his fascination of computers and his long work history in the field together into a package that is rare to find in this industry. He currently works remotely from Kentucky and strives everyday to carry the TTS brand from afar as we try to live up to the high standards and customer service we have established in the Southern California market. Currently, Brad is just trying to survive being a husband to his wife and the best father he can be to his young son. He enjoys creating things with his hands and enjoys building things for his family on their little gentleman farm in Kentucky where they currently have 25 chickens, 4 goats, and looking to expand into cows and an apple and pear orchard in the coming months.
