Family, leadership, and teamwork are the virtues that Alex Padron brings to TTS Engineering. Alex is a Project Manager/Estimator that specializes in specialty projects like Tesla Energy and many of the school districts in Southern California. His personal and professional goals have always been to obtain financial freedom and help build TTS Engineering into the premier civil engineering contractor it's become today. Alex's 20 years of experience both on the jobsite and in the office have given him the mental know-how and understanding of the work culture to help TTS expand over the years by creating processes and structures to facilitate the company's growth. Alex has a special nack for creating solutions in the field by training and developing new leaders. In his free time at home Alex enjoys spending time with his family, attending his kids' sporting events, and working on his house and cars.
