Alden Arcos

Alden Arcos is a 40-year veteran in the construction industry.  Born in the Philippines, he began his career as a Civil Engineering Inspector in the Philippines in 1982. Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Alden has diversified his experience from working as a Dimensional Control Engineer for McDermott Pte and Brown and Root Inc. in Indonesia, to managing a construction of a 400,000 square meter Festival Supermall in Muntinlupa, Philippines. In 2000, Alden moved to the United States to continue pursuing Project Management opportunities with an architectural company in Beverly Hills CA, where he was managing the construction of custom-built, high-end residential homes.  In 2003, Alden switched his focus to estimating and project management with an earthmoving demo and grading company for over a decade before taking a Senior Estimator position here at TTS Engineering in 2017. Since joining TTS, he has been responsible for estimation, preparation and submission of bids and proposals for many of our projects. 

In his spare time, Alden enjoys going on vacation with his family, granddaughter and two dogs.  Over the years, Alden has explored many hobbies, including volunteering, gardening and playing the keyboard - just to name a few.
