Kyle Wagner
Project Manager
Raised on a farm in Kansas, Kyle Wagner earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University while there on a Division 1 football scholarship. After completing his degree program and graduating in 2007, he found himself on the west coast working for EEC Environmental, a civil and environmental engineering company located in Orange, California. Over his 10-year tenure with EEC, Kyle worked his way from Staff Engineer to Project Manager. He designed water and sewer infrastructure projects, often performing the design projects as design/build, thereby growing the construction arm at EEC. Â It was there where he found his passion for construction.
Â
Kyle first met Tim Wilson while working at EEC, subcontracting TTS Engineering for civil utilities scopes of work. After a period of about 5 years of subcontracting with TTS, Kyle chose to come to TTS full-time to further his passion for construction management. After a period of a year, he became the Construction Manager at the City of Redlands where he learned more about public works projects and administration. However, Kyle never really left the TTS family, he still consulted with TTS, estimating and managing projects in his spare time over his three-year tenure at the city. In late 2022, Kyle wholly recommitted to TTS, where he continues to work full-time today and plays a key role in helping TTS grow their design and public works projects arm of the company.
Â
Overall, Kyle has more than 14 years’ experience in civil design and construction management. His areas of expertise includes: onsite/offsite water, sewer, and dry utility infrastructure projects; public works projects and administration; and onsite/offsite concrete projects. In his free time he likes to boondock camp, offroad, attend concerts, along with spending time with his dogs, mini pig, and his pair of goats.
