TTS was subcontracted for the site wet utilities and site concrete for the Burbank Ikea project. At the time the project was the biggest Ikea in the nation with over 440,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The site was overseen by multiple agencies to make sure compliance was being adhered to within the conditional use permit. We installed over 15,000 L/F of underground piping and 1,200 yards of concrete on the site without any fines or delays that resulted in a successful project for us and the client

TTS was Contracted as the General Contractor for the first phase of improvements to a new 330-unit apartment complex in Brea, CA for Avalon Bay. The work needed to be completed prior to construction of the apaertment complex due to the existing storm drain easements. TTS completed the work within the time frame for he client and was awarded the oinsite portion for the two apartment complexes.
