TTS Engineering brings decades of experience in installing every type of wet utility for projects spanning the spectrum of high density residential and commercial developments to off-site agency owned public works projects.
TTS works closely for and with Southern California Edison in marrying the off-site utility backbone to many of our on-site development projects.
TTS has dedicated in-house concrete and masonry crews capable of performing any structural concrete, slab pours, CMU block walls, curb and gutter formation, sidewalks, and all other flat work.
At TTS, moving dirt is where we began, and it is what we have perfected over the last two decades. We both partner with some of So-Cal's best subcontractors as well as self-perform our own excavation for all scopes of work.
TTS has developed relationships with companies pioneering the sustainable energy industry to install proprietary fixtures on large-scale privately owned and public works projects.

TTS Engineering, Inc. began as a one-tractor owner/operator business called Tim's Tractor Service in 1996. Nearly 30 years later, TTS has grown into southern California's premier civil engineering general contractor with hundreds of projects in its portfolio as well as strong working relationships with numerous clients and other contractors including public agencies and the oil and gas sector. We specialize in site construction, underground utilities, excavation, grading, demolition, and concrete. Being able to self-perform while providing quality workmanship and our commitment to safety are what has kept TTS growing throughout the years.
